How lotto results work
A result is the set of balls drawn in one game on one night. Here is how we show it, what each part means and how we make sure the numbers are right.
What a result shows
The main numbers come first, in ascending order — the way they are usually printed — followed by the bonus ball after a “+”. Each result also shows its draw number, its verification status and the time we published it here. On the page of each draw you find the order the balls were drawn in, the prize pool, the next jackpot and the payouts per division, whenever they are published.
The games and their numbers
| Game | Numbers drawn | Draw nights |
|---|---|---|
| Lotto | 6 numbers from 1 to 52 plus a Bonus Ball | Wednesdays and Saturdays |
| Lotto Plus 1 | 6 numbers from 1 to 52 plus a Bonus Ball | Wednesdays and Saturdays |
| Lotto 5 Max | 6 numbers from 1 to 52 plus a Bonus Ball | Wednesdays and Saturdays |
| PowerBall | 5 numbers from 1 to 50 plus a PowerBall from 1 to 20 | Tuesdays and Fridays |
| PowerBall XTRA | 5 numbers from 1 to 50 plus a PowerBall from 1 to 20 | Tuesdays and Fridays |
| Daily Lotto | 5 numbers from 1 to 36 | every evening |
Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto 5 Max are drawn on the same nights as Lotto, and PowerBall XTRA on the same nights as PowerBall; each has its own balls and its own results.
Divisions and payouts
Prizes are paid in divisions: the more numbers on one ticket line match, the higher the division. The bonus ball only counts for some divisions. The amount of each division is different in every draw, because it depends on ticket sales and on how many people won — so a payout is always the payout of one particular draw.
The divisions as published for the latest draw of each game:

Confirmed, Unconfirmed and Checking
- Confirmed two independent publishers show exactly the same numbers for the draw.
- Unconfirmed one publisher has the numbers so far. We show them so you don’t have to wait, and update the status when the second one arrives.
- Checking publishers show different numbers. We hide them until the difference is resolved, rather than risk showing a wrong result.
The time next to a result
“Published here at 21:08” is the moment the numbers appeared on this site, measured by us. It is not the time of the draw: we only show times we measured ourselves, so you can see how quickly each result reached the site.
Corrections
If a publisher corrects a result after we published it, we correct it too and keep a note next to the result with the time of the correction and the numbers first shown. Nothing is changed silently.
Games that changed in 2026
Since 1 June 2026, PowerBall XTRA has replaced PowerBall Plus and Lotto 5 Max has replaced Lotto Plus 2. Daily Lotto Plus is no longer drawn. If you look up results under an old name, the new game is the one to check.
